For more than 26 years, Tustin Community Bank (“TCB”) has provided customized financial products and services to meet the needs in our community. Founded in 1981 by former president John Prescott and a group of local business leaders, TCB opened for business on August 27, 1981 as Tustin Thrift & Loan.

TCB is organized as a Commercial Bank under the laws of the State of California and provides deposit insurance through the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. In November 2002, we changed our name to Tustin Community Bank and moved to a more spacious and convenient location within the City of Tustin, California.

Our most important assets are our customers. Products are designed to meet the needs of customers, priced competitively, and delivered through a combination of current technology and experienced, well-trained employees dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. We have built a great team over the years and many of our officers and staffs that have progressed through the ranks are still with the bank.

Tustin Community Bank has a strong commitment to the communities we serve. Our Board of Directors, Officers and Staff provide volunteer service to local community service clubs and civic organizations as well as support other community events.
